How to Reach 

By Air : Port Blair is all around associated with general flights from Chennai and Kolkata. NRIs and nonnatives need to get a Protected Area Permit (PAP) on landing in the Port Blair airplane terminal, which is legitimate for up to 30 days' remain. There is no extra charge for the PAP.
